Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare is seeking an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead the After School Care program in Woodridge. You will manage a small team, foster a positive culture and ensure high-quality, child-centred experiences for 3:00 pm–6:00 pm sessions.

This permanent part-time role offers leadership support and growth within a supportive network. You’ll guide staff, ensure safety and compliance, and build strong connections with children, families and the parish community while shaping the

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA-equivalent qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Ability to act as Nominated Supervisor.
• Understanding of National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the After School Care program.
• Mentor and inspire a team of educators.
• Plan engaging, child-centred experiences that support wellbeing and belonging.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, school staff and parish.
• Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment for all children.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service growth.
• Shape the culture and ongoing success of the service.
