Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) is recruiting a Coordinator for its After School Care service at St Therese Catholic Primary School in Sadleir, NSW. This permanent, part-time role is 50 hours per fortnight (1 pm–6 pm) during term time, offering above-award pay, staff wellbeing support, and career progression.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) preferred.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive space for children and staff, fostering welcome, support and respect.
• Stay organized and vigilant with attendance records and bookings to ensure supervision and safety.
• Supervise and mentor educators to build their confidence and capabilities.
• Design and deliver engaging, educational programs with observations and reflection.
