Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) is seeking a dedicated Coordinator for our established Before & After School Care service, located at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Primary School in North Strathfield. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday and leads a team to deliver high-quality care within a faith-based community.

As Coordinator you will inspire staff with compassionate leadership, ensure safety and engaging learning experiences, and collaborate with school

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Proven OSHC experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, organised and enthusiastic.
• NSW Working With Children Check.
• Completed GECCKO or register GECCKO.
• Current Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive space for children and staff.
• Stay organised with attendance records and bookings to ensure safety.
• Supervise and mentor educators to build capability.
• Design and deliver engaging, educational programs for children.
• Promote and live the values and ethos of the Catholic Church.
• Build strong relationships with families, the school and community stakeholders.
