Job summary

St John the Apostle OSHClub - Florey is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of Educators and run a before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. You will guide activities, rostering, compliance, and day-to-day operations with strong teamwork and growth.

Supported by regional managers and a dedicated office team, the role offers a permanent, part-time position of 31 hours per week with 6 admin hours.

Qualifications

• Natural leader capable of guiding a team and fostering growth.
• Willing to obtain or hold a national police check (we cover).
• State Working-with-Children check.
• ACTFirst Qualified Educator status/pathway in ACT per ACECQA
• ACT Second and subsequent Qualified Educator status in ACT per ACECQA

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for ages 5–12.
• Take ownership of rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance and admin tasks.
• Receive mentorship from regional managers and support from an office team.
