Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Assistant Coordinator for Mowbray Primary OSHCare in Lane Cove North, Sydney. This permanent, part-time role offers 33 hours per week with split shifts from 7:00-9:00am and 2:30-6:00pm, supporting leadership and team management within a supportive environment.

You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while delivering child-led programs and fostering strong school and family partnerships. A values-driven culture and progression pathways are available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a national police check (fees covered).
• State Working with Children check is required.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

• Help lead and mentor a passionate Educators onsite.
• Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance and administration.
• Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities.

Join us at Mowbray Primary OSHCare located in Lane Cove North, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers33 hours per week including 5 hours of admin time.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play).
