Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an Assistant Coordinator at Chatswood Primary OSHCare to support leadership, operations, and team management in a part-time, permanent role. The position runs afternoons (2:15pm–5:45pm) with potential Before School Care shifts and out-of-ratio hours.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience with regional and state office support, mentoring a team of Educators, and developing engaging programs for children.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

• Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
• Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community

Join us at Chatswood Primary OSHCare, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers17.5 hours per week.You'll work each afternoon Monday - Friday (2:15pm-5:45pm) with the option to pick up Before School Care shifts and out of ratio hours where needed!
