Job summary

Granville OSHClub at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is hiring an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of Educators and oversee a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12. This fixed term, part-time role is 29 hours per week across split shifts, with 4 non-contact admin hours, and ends December 2027.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12.
• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program with activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Own the team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks.

About the role

• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
