Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHClub Coordinator for Trinity Grammar Prep Strathfield OSHClub. This permanent, part-time role is 32.25 hours per week with 6 paid admin hours, across 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm shifts.

You’ll lead a team of Educators, oversee the before- and after-school program, and drive high-quality child outcomes with regional and office support.

Qualifications

  • Natural leader who guides a team and helps others grow.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered) and state Working-with-Children check.
  • NSW Diploma Qualified Educator or equivalent per ACECQA standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12 years.
  • Own the roster, day-to-day operations, compliance and admin tasks for the service.
  • Mentor educators with regional support to develop leadership skills.

Join us at Trinity Grammar Prep Strathfield OSHClub, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, part-time role offers32.25 hours per week, including 6 non-contact paid admin hours.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
Qualifications
  • A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
  • State working-with-children check
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
  • NSW Diploma Qualified Educator - Completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma Qualified Educatorin NSW in accordance with ACECQA
