An OSHC provider in Ballarat is seeking a casual employee to lead and manage Before and After School Care services. About your service: We're excited to be launching a brand‑new Extend partnership at St Columba's School, Ballarat, and look forward to welcoming children into our service from 2 March 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new service from day one and help shape a positive, engaging environment for children and families.

Position: Casual

Hourly Rate: $37 to $44 Per Hour + Super. In addition, earn an extra 15% above the award wage listed in this ad as part of the Worker Retention Payment Scheme making the actual wage between $42.55 to $50.60 per hour plus super.

Role

• Before School Care 6:45 AM‑8:45 AM
• After School Care 2:30 PM‑6:00 PM
• Monday to Friday
• Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities

What You Bring to the Mix

• Qualification: You've got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
