About your service: Extend at Creswick Primary School

Location: Ballarat, VIC.

Position: Casual

Hourly Rate: $37 to $44 Per Hour + Super

In addition, earn an extra 15% above the award wage listed in this ad as part of the Worker Retention Payment Scheme, making the actual wage between $43.13 to $51.41 per hour plus super.

• Before School Care: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
• After School Care: 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM
• Monday to Friday
• Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Be the Visionary: You're the boss of the service! You'll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
• Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
• Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

What You Bring to the Mix

• The Qualification: You've got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
