Job summary

TheirCare is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a service delivering before and after school care and holiday programs in local communities. You will design engaging programs for children aged 5–12, build strong relationships with schools, and support your team to grow within the OSHC sector.

Hours are early mornings and late afternoons on weekdays, with weekly admin time, and no weekend work. Experience in childcare is preferred but not essential, and relevant qualifications with ACECQA are

• Mentor and support your team to develop skills in OSHC.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks for the service.
