Job summary

Brighton Grammar School is hiring an OSHC Service Coordinator to lead after-school care programs and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children. You’ll plan science, sports, and arts activities, and collaborate with educators to deliver high-quality experiences.

You’ll manage daily operations, coordinate with families and leadership, and support staff development while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services.
• Valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
• Strong ability to engage with children, educators and school leadership.

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday.
• After School Care: 2:35 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Total Hours: 17 hours and 5 minutes per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
