Job summary

Greta Valley Primary School invites applications for an OSHC Coordinator to lead our after‑school care program, ensuring a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for children aged 5–12. You will manage enrolments, CCS processes, budgeting and compliance while coordinating with families, staff and the principal.

The role requires a Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent), WWC Check and current first aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificates, with knowledge of MTOP and National Quality

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent and current Working with Children Check.
• Understanding of NQF, NQS and Education and Care Regulations including ratios and incident reporting.
• Ability to plan and evaluate safe, engaging after‑school programs for ages 5–12 using MTOP.
• Experience with enrolment, attendance, CCS, budgeting, ordering and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OSHC program delivery and governance.
• Manage enrolments, attendance, CCS rebates, budgeting and supplier orders.
• Ensure food safety, nutrition and service delivery within national regulations.
• Work with families and school staff to build strong community relations.
• Prepare timely reports and maintain confidential records.
