TeamKids is seeking a Second in Charge (2IC) to lead and support the oslc program at the Mount Duneed service. The role is part-time and offers hands-on leadership in a warm, welcoming environment for children and families.
You’ll collaborate with the Director and school community to deliver high-quality care, create memorable experiences, and ensure compliance with safety standards and ACECQA guidelines. Prior OSHC or education experience is helpful but training is provided.

As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.
Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies.
Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program
Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
Support with ensuring your program in compliance according to industry regulations.
