Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) Rozelle OSHClub is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to build confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 27.5 hours per week across split shifts, 7:00-9:00am and 2:00-6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You’ll work with a regional team and state office to gain hands-on leadership experience while contributing to a community-focused program for children.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover).
• State Working-with-Children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite.
• Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration.
• Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.
• Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities.

Join us at Rozelle OSHClub, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers27.5 hours per week including 8 hours of out of ratio time.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).
