Job summary

Rozelle OSHClub is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for a permanent, part-time role (27.5 hours/week) with split shifts, Monday to Friday. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience supporting Educators onsite and coordinating rosters, programs, and administration in a busy school community.

The position offers paid training, pathways to progression, and competitive hourly pay up to $42 with allowances and super. Parental leave and childcare discounts enhance family support.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Join us at Rozelle OSHClub, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers27.5 hours per week including 8 hours of out of ratio time.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).
