Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services Ltd in Prestons NSW is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for a permanent part-time role (70 hours per fortnight, term time only). You will support a safe, engaging OSHC environment and collaborate with families and the school community to deliver quality education and care.

The role requires an Early Childhood Education and Care qualification (or working towards one), OSHC experience, NSW Working with Children Check, GECCKO safety training, child

Qualifications

• A qualification (or working towards one) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• NSW Working with Children Check in NSW.
• GECCKO child safety training completed.
• Child protection training certificate completed.
• First Aid Certificate held.
• Current and valid working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the Responsible Person for the service.
• Ensuring a safe and inclusive OSHC service for staff and children.
• Managing children’s attendance and bookings to maintain supervision and safety.
• Supporting the design and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Building strong relationships with families and the school community.
• Sharing children’s experiences and achievements with families.
