Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes orthopaedics seeks a Product Specialist to join the Joint Reconstruction team in Perth, WA. You will partner with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams to drive adoption of Hip & Knee replacement solutions, including VELYS robotic-assisted technology, delivering in-theatre support and clinician education.

• Degree-qualified with proven medical devices sales experience.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of orthopaedics.

• Drive sales growth and market share by developing clinical partnerships and executing territory plans.
• Provide expert clinical and in-theatre support to current customers.
• Deliver education and training to support adoption of Hip & Knee solutions and improve outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and stakeholders to grow partnerships.
