You will build strong clinical relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams, delivering in-theatre support and education to improve patient outcomes.

The role concentrates on sales growth, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic team across Australia.

Qualifications

• Orthopaedic sales experience with proven territory growth.
• Preferred Hip & Knee Arthroplasty exposure.
• Strong business acumen and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share by developing strong clinical partnerships and executing strategic account plans across a designated territory.
• Provide expert clinical and in-theatre support, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and product expertise.
• Deliver education and training programs that support adoption of Hip & Knee replacement solutions and enhance patient outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver objectives and maintain customer satisfaction in a high-performing culture.
