Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist in Brisbane, QLD, to join the Joint Reconstruction Team. You will partner with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams to drive adoption of Hip & Knee replacement solutions, including VELYS robotic technology, through clinical education and in-theatre support.

Based in Brisbane, you will build strong relationships, deliver education programs, and help expand market presence across the territory while achieving sales growth and delivering patient

Qualifications

• Proven orthopaedic sales experience and territory management.
• Ability to build professional and strategic relationships with surgeons and hospital teams.
• Strong planning, communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share by developing clinical partnerships and executing account plans across a territory.
• Provide expert clinical and in-theatre support to ensure customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
• Deliver education and training programs to support Hip & Knee replacement adoption and outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and stakeholders to grow partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and sustain a high-performing culture.
