Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist for Joint Reconstruction in Perth, WA. You will partner with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams to drive adoption of Hip & Knee replacement solutions, including VELYS Robotic technology.

You will build trusted clinical relationships, provide in-theatre support, and deliver education to improve patient outcomes while expanding market share across your territory.

Partnering with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams, you'll drive the adoption of our industry-leading Hip & Knee replacement solutions, including VELYS™, our cutting-edge Robotic-Assisted Technology. • Degree qualified with proven skills in medical devices sales and territory management, ideally within orthopaedics
• Strong business acumen, an understanding of the orthopaedic market, and a proven track record of building professional and strategic relationships

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically and constructively challenges customers

This position requires frequent travel to hospitals within Perth Metro. All applicants must have rights to work in Australia, a reliable car and a valid Driver Licence.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
