Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to support enterprise-wide talent, culture and leadership initiatives in a permanent role based at St Leonards with hybrid working options.

You will coordinate talent reviews, career conversations, workforce planning and program delivery while partnering with the People team to improve employee experiences and organisational capability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Coordination/Administrative role in Organisational Development, Learning & Development or HR (as indicated).
• Experience coordinating people programs and stakeholder engagement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery, administration and continuous improvement of organisational development, leadership and talent programs.
• Support talent, performance and career development cycles, including conversations and reviews.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives through survey administration, planning, reporting and action planning.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support for OD initiatives.
• Build relationships across the People team and business to ensure a positive experience.
• Contribute to strategic people initiatives for leadership and culture.
• Support evolution of career pathways and development frameworks for internal mobility.
