CBUS Super is seeking an Organisational Development Lead to develop and evolve frameworks that help our people perform, grow and build their careers. You will work across performance, capability and employee engagement to turn priorities into practical, embedded approaches for our people and leaders.

Reporting to the OD Manager within People & Culture, you will collaborate with Senior Leaders across the Fund.

Formación

• Experience in organisational development, culture transformation or HR leadership.
• Proven ability to embed enterprise-wide OD initiatives and capability frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into action.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and embed CBUS performance and development framework and related processes.
• Evolve capability framework and integrate across the employee experience.
• Lead employee engagement surveys and communicate insights to senior leaders.
• Support leaders to translate insights into sustained improvements.
• Design and deliver OD initiatives using research and evaluation.
