Job summary

Unisys is seeking an Organisational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support large-scale transformation programs. You will partner with OCM Managers and senior stakeholders to drive change adoption, develop communication and training strategies, and measure change effectiveness.

Responsibilities include conducting impact and readiness assessments, facilitating workshops, and creating engaging stakeholder materials, while contributing to continuous improvement of OCM practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Organisational Change Management or transformation experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting end-to-end change management activities and simplifying complex information into actionable messages.
• Experience developing communication, training, and adoption plans.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Psychology, HR, Organisational Development, or related discipline.
• Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is highly regarded.
• Australian Citizenship, baseline clearance required.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
