Job summary

Quikky Move is seeking an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst to join our Canberra-based team, applying economics background to optimise organisational structures, workflows and operating models.

You will analyse business processes, develop operating methodologies and performance measures, and collaborate across management, operations and technology to deliver practical improvements for the fintech-enabled service platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics required.
• Experience as Organisation and Methods Analyst or similar role.
• Experience analysing organisational structures, processes, workflows and operating models.
• Strong ability to translate analysis into practical improvements and recommendations.
• Familiarity with fintech, BNPL, payments, digital platforms is a plus.

Job Description

About You We are seeking an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst with a strong academic background in economics and demonstrated professional experience in organisational and business process analysis.

Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Economics. Demonstrated professional experience working as an Organisation and Methods Analyst, or in a directly comparable role involving organisational analysis, business process design and improvement, development of operational methodologies and performance analysis.

Experience analysing organisational structures, business processes, workflows and operating models and developing recommendations for their improvement. Strong understanding of commercial modelling, pricing structures, cost analysis, margins, unit economics and performance measurement. Experience developing methodologies, procedures, KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems.

Ability to analyse complex business models involving multiple interconnected business activities and revenue streams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analysis into practical organisational and operational improvements. Ability to interpret operational and financial data and prepare structured recommendations for management.

Strong written communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across management, operational and technology teams. Experience working with fintech, consumer finance, credit products, BNPL, payments, digital platforms, logistics, marketplaces or multi-service businesses will be highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of an integrated operating model combining QUIKKY MOVE's physical service operations, digital platform and emerging fintech ecosystem.
