Job summary

ACE MEDICAL SUPPLIES PTY LTD – Castle Hill NSW is seeking a logistics coordinator to bridge the Sales and Warehouse teams, ensuring orders are processed, prepared, and delivered accurately and on time.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate picking, packing, dispatch, and deliveries; follow up on backorders and urgent orders; resolve order, stock, and delivery issues; and maintain accurate order and inventory records while ensuring clear communication between Sales, Warehouse, and customers.

Qualifications

• Medical related working experience preferred.
