Job summary

Protecta Group in Australia seeks an organised Operations Coordinator for our Silverwater team. You will coordinate daily order fulfilment from picking to delivery, working with our warehouse, customers and freight providers to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

You\'ll report to the Head of Operations and help maintain accurate data in NetSuite and Detrack, prioritise orders, resolve issues promptly and support the warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, dispatch or warehouse coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence communicating with customers, freight providers and internal teams.
• Experience with ERP, transport or logistics systems.
• Proactive problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order fulfilment, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Prepare and review picking tickets and dispatch docs.
• Prioritise orders and communicate delivery requirements.
• Coordinate freight bookings, carriers and pallet returns.
• Route and track deliveries using Detrack.
• Follow up delays or delivery issues with customers.
• Confirm delivery details and readiness for collection.
• Manage NSW Operations inbox and Teams channel.
• Maintain accurate order, dispatch and delivery data in NetSuite.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on ops needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
• Provide day-to-day support to the warehouse team.
