Active Mobility Systems in Silverwater, NSW, is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory management. This full-time role involves receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining compliance with safety standards and company processes.

You will oversee stock levels, test equipment, and coordinate replenishments, leveraging warehouse software to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced warehousing or logistics environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills of a team player.
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
• Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment (desirable).
• Physically fit and able to lift 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining strict inventory control.
• Assemble and test equipment such as mobility scooters and patient care equipment.
• Monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment orders as needed.
• Implementing and maintaining effective warehouse management systems and processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
