Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Stock & Logistics Coordinator to oversee stock movements between state warehouses, clinics and our networks, ensuring accurate stock records and timely deliveries.

You will collaborate with the National Supply team, manage ERP updates, conduct stocktakes, perform QA on oxygen/CPAP equipment and support full end-to-end logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery, logistical, warehouse and/or related field.
• Strong safety focus and technical skills.
• Ability to manage competing demands and follow tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Organise stock movements between warehouse, clinics and agents.
• Manage end-to-end stock movements and update ERP accordingly.
• Perform stock takes and QA of oxygen/CPAP equipment.
• Ensure accuracy of delivery and stock records.
• Support in creating delivery runs and scheduling routes.
• Comply with ALH policies, safety instructions and regulations.
