Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia coordinates stock movements between state and national warehouses, clinics and agents to ensure timely delivery of oxygen and CPAP equipment. You will liaise with regional operations and the customer service departments to maintain accurate records in the ERP.

The role requires experience in delivery or warehouse settings, strong safety focus, and the ability to manage competing demands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery, logistical, warehouse and/or related field.
• Technical skills and strong safety focus.
• Forklift license is ideal but not required; willing to obtain one (support will be provided).
• Computer literacy in applications such as: spreadsheets, documents, GMail and other software applications appropriate to the role.
• Ability to manage competing demands and follow tasks to completion.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions, safety rules, operating instructions and procedures from different sources.
• Ability to solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock movements between the State warehouse, National Warehouse, local clinics and agents and customers.
• Liaise with AIR LIQUIDE Australia filling site, ALH regional operations and customer service departments, National Supply team and National Operation Managers.
• Organise stock movements between the warehouse, clinics and agents as required.
• Manage end-to-end process of stock movements and update ERP accordingly.
• Follow up with National Supply team regarding rental equipment and back orders.
• Ensure accuracy of stock delivery/return records and implement asset control systems.
• Assist in creating delivery runs and ensuring stock availability for runs.
• Perform QA of oxygen and CPAP equipment as required.
• Keep ERP up to date and perform data entry for runs.
• Complete stock takes for the warehouse.
• Comply with company policies, WHS requirements and safety instructions.
