Job summary

TwoScots Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative based in Melbourne's northern suburbs. In this hands-on role you will manage customer requirements from order through to delivery, collaborating with internal sales, production, warehouse and logistics teams to deliver a reliable service.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay highly organised and build strong customer relationships while ensuring accurate documentation and timely

Qualifications

• Previous experience within customer service, order management or a similar administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• The ability to confidently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to remain calm and level-headed in a busy environment.
• Experience within manufacturing, packaging, labels, print or FMCG would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries and providing regular updates throughout the order process.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinating artwork, proofs, job documentation and production requirements.
• Liaising closely with production, warehouse and sales teams.
• Monitoring work in progress, stock levels and customer forecasts.
• Coordinating local and interstate freight and deliveries.
• Managing customer delivery requirements and ensuring timelines are met.
• Assisting with invoicing and customer reporting.
• Maintaining accurate customer and order information.
• Proactively resolving issues and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
