Job summary

Humanology in Australia seeks a reliable Customer Service Representative to support end-to-end customer order processing across Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance, delivering timely, accurate service to internal and external customers.

You will help ensure orders progress from receipt to dispatch, maintain data accuracy in Dynamics 365 BC, and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, or equivalent operational support.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into Dynamics 365 Business Central accurately per policy.
• Coordinate order processing across Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance.
• Monitor orders and communicate delivery date changes to customers and Sales.
• Resolve order discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
