Responsibilities

• Process orders promptly and accurately, handling over 50 national sales orders daily via phone and email.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure optimal customer engagement and responsiveness.
• Manage inbound calls, addressing customer queries on stock availability.
• Handle complaints efficiently, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
• Update customers on backorder status and provide general administrative support.
