Job summary

AquaShield Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations & Sales Support Specialist to join our growing Australian business. You will be at the heart of Sales, Supply Chain, 3PL and Finance, owning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central processes and master data to ensure orders move smoothly from receipt to delivery.

You should have strong, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 BC and a pragmatic approach to improving data quality and processes as we scale with major retailers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 BC / Dynamics NAV.
• Strong knowledge of BC sales order and inventory processes.
• Experience with orders, POs, transfer orders, warehousing and master data.
• Background in wholesale, distribution, FMCG or retail supply.
• Experience with 3PL warehouses and freight providers.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication across Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Handle orders from receipt through allocation, release, shipment and invoicing.
• Review stock availability, reservations, backorders and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with our 3PL to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage and troubleshoot EDI orders and order exceptions.
• Support major retail customers and respond to order, stock and delivery enquiries.
• Maintain customer, ship-to, item, pricing and other master data within Business Central.
• Process and monitor purchase orders, transfer orders and inventory movements.
• Coordinate returns, warranty replacements and credit requests.
• Maintain accurate retailer delivery information, GLNs and other customer-specific requirements.
• Investigate and resolve order, inventory and system discrepancies.
• Support Sales with stock availability, open orders, delivery status and customer reporting.
• Use Excel to analyse and maintain operational data.
• Work with Finance to ensure transactions are processed correctly.
