Job summary

GHD is seeking a highly collaborative HR Process Workflow Specialist to join its People Operations team in Australia. You will map HR processes, design lean workflows in Oracle Cloud HCM, and establish governance across global HR rules.

You’ll collaborate across business services, author critical documentation, and lead testing and training to enable smooth system updates and adoption. Applicants should have 7+ years of experience in HR process mapping and Oracle HCM configurations, plus strong

Qualifications

• 7+ years blending HR process mapping and technical configurations.
• Hands-on with Oracle Cloud HCM/workflows.
• Experience creating BRDs and process flowcharts.
• Proficiency with Lucidchart, Visio or Miro.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma and workflow governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Architect Oracle Cloud HCM workflows to map complex requirements.
• Establish workflow governance aligning with compliance and data security.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Maintain documentation including process maps and SOPs.
• Translate HR business rules into precise configurations.
• Lead workflow testing and UAT for new pathways.
• Support adoption and training during updates.
