Job summary

GHD is seeking an HR Process Workflow Specialist to drive optimization, governance and automation of HR workflows within Oracle Cloud HCM. You will uncover bottlenecks, re-engineer processes, and ensure system-led, compliant configurations across the employee lifecycle.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, documentation mastery, and leadership in testing and adoption to enable seamless enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience blending HR process mapping and technical system configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM / Fusion Applications.
• Experience creating BRDs and functional specification documents.
• Proficiency with visualization tools: Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.
• Strong understanding of Lean / Six Sigma and workflow governance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Audit & Optimize HR Processes: evaluate bottlenecks and design lean, standardized processes.
• Architect Oracle Workflows: map requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
• Establish Workflow Governance: ensure compliance, data security, and HR rules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner across teams for end-to-end data integration.
• Maintain Documentation: author process maps, configuration logs, runbooks, SOPs.
• Bridge Strategy & Technology: translate HR rules into precise technical configurations.
• Manage Workflow Testing: lead functional configuration testing and UAT across functions.
• Support Adoption & Training: run workshops and change-management initiatives.
