Job summary

EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in eyewear and eye care, is seeking an Optical Customer Service Consultant in Sydney. You will be trained in optics, eye conditions and lens technologies, becoming a trusted advisor to customers via phone and email. You will help customers find the right lens solutions and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in call centre, healthcare, retail or related environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, reliable and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries.
• Provide product recommendations and lens solution advice to customers.
• Develop understanding of optical products, eye conditions, and dispensing practices.
• Assist customers with technical enquiries and order-related support.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through timely communication.
