Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in call centre, retail or healthcare sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable and customer-focused approach.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries.
• Provide product recommendations and lens solution advice to customers.
• Develop a strong understanding of optical products and dispensing practices.
