EssilorLuxottica in Sydney is seeking an Optical Customer Service Consultant to join our Silverwater office. You will receive comprehensive training in optics and act as a trusted advisor, offering product recommendations, technical support, and outstanding service via phone and email.

As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you’ll help customers find the right lens solutions while building strong, lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in call center, healthcare, retail or related environment.
• Interest in optical industry and desire to build a long-term career.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries.
• Provide product recommendations and lens solution advice to customers.
• Develop understanding of optical products, eye conditions, and dispensing practices.
• Assist customers with technical enquiries and order-related support.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
