Carejobz is recruiting an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for the Ophthalmology scrub scout team at a private day surgery hospital in Melbourne, Victoria. You will lead clinical practice and patient safety within a small, specialist theatre team.

The role offers permanency, full-time hours and the opportunity to mentor staff while coordinating with nursing and hospital leadership to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced ophthalmic scrub leadership in a surgical hospital setting.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Postgraduate qualifications relevant to the role or commitment to pursuing them.
