Job summary

REMONDIS Australia offers a permanent, full-time role in Canning Vale, WA. You will operate Balers, Forklifts and Front-End Loaders, moving recyclables while maintaining a strong safety focus to help the team meet daily production targets.

The position requires hands-on plant operation, licences for listed equipment, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Supervisory experience is preferred with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Baler operation license and experience essential.
• Forklift license and Front-End Loader experience required.
• Proven supervisory or leading hand experience preferred.
• Hands-on plant operator experience; landfill or recycling facility preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer applications.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment such as Balers, Forklift and Front-End Loader.
• Handle and move recyclable materials across the facility.
• Load/unload recyclables, stockpile, and process materials.
• Review production and meet production targets.
• Identify and resolve basic mechanical issues.
• Schedule rosters for the team.
• Take on inherent admin duties.
