Job summary

REMONDIS is hiring an experienced sales rep in Jandakot WA to explore growth and nurture existing clients across cafes, builders and other businesses. You’ll drive new business within a dedicated region and manage relationships with diverse customers.

You’ll receive ongoing sales training, support, and access to a transparent commission structure, with uncapped earning potential. A CRM-savvy communicator who listens more than talks will thrive in our high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in growing new business within a dedicated region as well as retaining existing clients.
• You listen more than you speak to deeply understand customer needs.
• You communicate well, and your written and verbal style is friendly and consultative.
• You’re able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system, ensuring you use our systems and resources to support your success.
• You’ll be a skilled presenter, able to engage customers with PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience in the waste arena is nice to have, but drive, motivation and resilience are valued more in a high-growth environment.

We are hiring for an experienced sales rep to join our team in Jandakot WA. You’ll work closely at exploring ways to grow business as well as nurture existing clients. You’ll be working with a diverse range of customers from cafes through to builders and everything in between. Every single commercial and industrial business produces waste and you’ll have the autonomy and scope to drive growth with no handbrake on! In this role you will gain ongoing sales training and support, as well as have access to our transparent and achievable commission structure.

Who you are

You’ll bring experience of business to business sales and will be able to share your track record of results in winning new business and/or retaining existing accounts.
