Job summary

REMONDIS is seeking a safety‑conscious, customer‑focused driver for Townsville, Queensland. Your role will involve collecting, transporting, and disposing of waste and recyclables, delivering bins, and maintaining a clean vehicle.

You’ll work on commercial sites with heavy equipment, complete daily safety checks, and uphold a tidy work environment. We value strong communication, independence and teamwork, with overtime and weekend work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current HR license with a good driving record.
• Forklift ticket desirable.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• A positive attitude and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials locally.
• Bin delivery.
• Operate and maintain a clean, modern vehicle.
• Work safely on commercial and industrial sites around other heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Complete daily safety checks and paperwork.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
