Job summary

Symal is seeking an Allocator at Brendale, QLD to coordinate daily truck and driver allocations across projects, while upholding safety, compliance and service standards.

You will manage schedules, maximise fleet utilisation and liaise with drivers, subcontractors and workshop teams in a hands-on transport role within a growing fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Transport Allocator or Fleet Allocator.
• Knowledge of CoR, NHVR and fatigue management.
• Experience with scheduling systems.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Problem solving and attention to detail.

About the Role

As our Allocator, you'll coordinate the day-to-day allocation of trucks and drivers across multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer service.

Roster:

• Week 1: 5:00am - 3:00pm
• Week 2: 9:00am - 5:00pmOccasional Saturday operational support from home on a rotating basis.
