Agrifutures is seeking a Fleet Allocator / Scheduler / Transport Coordinator to optimise daily fleet movements from our Brisbane‑area operations hub. The role focuses on on‑time deliveries, driver coordination and proactive problem solving in a busy environment.

Salary and benefits reflect a comprehensive package across sites and rostering options. You will work with drivers, contractors and internal teams to keep customers informed while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in transport coordination, fleet allocation, scheduling or logistics.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Confident communication skills and ability to build relationships with drivers, contractors and customers.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience using an ERP system such as SAP would be advantageous.
• Practical, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving.

Job description

We’re looking for a Fleet Allocator / Scheduler / Transport Coordinator to join a busy operations team based on the north side of Brisbane. This is a hands‑on coordination role where you’ll be responsible for keeping deliveries on track, working closely with drivers and contractors, and making sure customers receive their deliveries when they’re expected.

• $108,946 total package, including super
• Choice of two roster options
  • 5:00am – 2:00pm + every second Saturday morning (When you work the Saturday you get a day off during the week)
  • 7:00am – 4:00pm + every second Saturday morning (When you work the Saturday you get a day off during the week)
• Work from home one weekday and one Saturday per month
• $600 paid for a full rostered day off or $400 for a half day if you choose to work additional hours

About the role

Experience within transport, heavy industry, construction, cement or concrete would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
