Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Supervision: Lead and support daily warehouse tasks while serving as relief coverage for senior management when needed.
  
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor direct reports, promote cross‑training, and establish clear KPIs to build a culture of accountability.
  
• Process & Cost Optimization: Implement quality control standards, review cost structures to boost profit margins, and manage customized "value-add" client services.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions to maintain safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
