Job summary

Randstad is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor & Continuous Improvement Champion to oversee daily logistics operations, lead a team, and optimize warehouse processes to drive profitability and efficiency.

You will drive continuous improvement by implementing SOPs, mentoring staff, and ensuring safety and compliance while focusing on cost control and service quality for diverse client needs.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Supervision: Lead and support daily warehouse tasks while serving as relief coverage for senior management when needed.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor direct reports, promote cross-training, and establish clear KPIs to build a culture of accountability.
• Process & Cost Optimization: Implement quality control standards, review cost structures to boost profit margins, and manage customized "value-add" client services.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions to maintain safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
