Job summary

Lindsay Australia Limited is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Mackay, Queensland. You will oversee daily transport operations, coordinate drivers and fleet movements, and ensure safe, on-time service delivery as part of a growing, safety-focused team.

You will lead a collaborative depot operation, drive continuous improvement, and report performance with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in transport, logistics or general freight operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of CoR, fatigue management, WHS and transport compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate daily transport operations, fleet movements and driver schedules.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Monitor freight movements and resolve issues to minimise disruptions.
