Job summary

Lindsay Australia Limited is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor for the Mareeba depot to lead a diverse team across transportation and dock operations. You will drive safe, efficient freight handling and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise drivers and staff, conduct competency assessments and mentor the team while maintaining a hands-on leadership approach. A strong focus on safety, performance and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in transport, warehousing or logistics.
• Knowledge of safety, chain of responsibility and WHS requirements.
• Ability to coach, train and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities
