Realinkage Australia Pty Ltd in Hornsby, NSW, is seeking an Assistant to the Operations Manager for a hands-on, office-based role in our Hornsby warehouse.

You will support daily dispatch, warehouse and spare parts operations, with comprehensive training on our systems (including DMS). The role suits someone with a can-do attitude, good communication, and a willingness to grow into additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be hardworking, reliable, and have a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Eager to learn and willing to take on responsibility as your experience grows.
• Valid Australian driver's licence and ability to drive to our Hornsby warehouse.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Good communication skills; Mandarin language skills are highly desirable.
• Basic computer skills and confidence learning new software.
• Reasonable physical fitness for manual-handling duties.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing spare parts orders, raising purchase orders, invoicing, and handling returns.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to avoid overstocking.
• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders for Australia Post and courier collection.
• Record and check incoming vehicles, parts and other products.
• Assist with moving and organising vehicles within the warehouse and carpark.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online messages.
• Greet visiting customers and provide friendly assistance.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.

About the Role

This is a hands-on office-based role located within our Hornsby warehouse. You will work closely as an Assistant to the Operations Manager, helping to keep our daily dispatch, warehouse and spare parts operations running smoothly.

No prior automotive or spare parts experience is required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude—someone who is hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn. We will provide comprehensive training to help you master our systems (including DMS) and processes. As you grow, you will take over key responsibilities and have a real pathway to becoming a core part of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities (Training will be provided for all tasks)
